Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are not applicable once lab access is granted or a voucher code is delivered.
  • Refunds may be considered only in case of duplicate transactions or failed payments.
  • Voucher codes, once issued, are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction date.
  • Email your request to support@mylabs.cloud with the transaction ID and a brief explanation.
  • Our team will verify and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.

3. Payment Gateway Charges

Please note that any applicable bank charges or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
